Ryan Dimick is the Chief Product Officer at Continuous, responsible for creating and executing the company’s product vision. He leads product management and development across all product lines, along with Managed Automation Services, Customer Support, and the internal IT team.

Ryan has spent more than 15 years working within or serving financial institutions, with a passion for using automation to deliver reliability and superior service. Before joining Continuous in 2013, he held various IT roles at a financial institution, implementing Continuous automation and seeing firsthand the impact it had on critical daily operations.

Outside of work, Ryan loves spending time with his wife, sons, pets, and extended family. An avid gardener who loves being outdoors, he also enjoys creative culinary pursuits—and thinks his inventive tacos are world-class.

Sam Foshay is the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations at Continuous, responsible for the company’s financial strategy, planning, corporate development, and customer operations. He also leads the Support, Services, Finance, Accounting, Business Systems, and Legal departments.

With more than a decade of experience in the software sector, Sam has led organizations through high-growth periods across private equity, venture capital, and public environments. Before joining Continuous, he served as CFO at Honorlock and as Senior Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development at Social Solutions (now Bonterra). He’s known for a hands-on approach to improving operational efficiency, financial health, and business growth.

Sam earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Chapman University. He lives in Austin with his wife and sons and enjoys spending time outdoors, often running or hiking with his family.

Courtney Marciano is the Chief People Officer for Continuous, responsible for the company’s people and culture strategy. Courtney has a passion for empowering organizations to unleash the full potential of their workforce through highly engaged teams. She oversees the employee experience at Continuous, including talent acquisition, total rewards, and performance management.

Courtney has held various roles in People Operations over the last 10 years, primarily with private equity-owned companies. In Courtney’s role as Chief People Officer, she is committed to creating and maintaining a high-performing culture with a strong focus on the organization’s health.

Courtney holds a BA in International Business and Supply Chain Management from State University of New York at Plattsburgh. She resides in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband and daughter. You can often find her at a coffee shop searching for the best lavender latte in any city she visits.

John Roper is the Chief Revenue Officer at Continuous, responsible for the go-to-market Sales teams, Customer Success, and Partner teams. He has more than 20 years of experience helping companies on their growth journey, most recently as CRO at Abrigo, a leading provider of lending and risk solutions to US financial institutions, along with earlier leadership roles at Deloitte and Sageworks.

Having served US financial institutions since 2016, John sees them as a pillar of their communities and is passionate about the mission to help them deliver efficiency and value. He brings a broad skillset to the role, including process improvement, competitive analysis, and product launch experience.

John earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife and four daughters, and when he’s not thinking about numbers, you’ll usually find him with family and friends, traveling, or on the golf course.

Dave Davidson serves as Chief Technology Officer at Continuous, where he leads the technology strategy and engineering teams in delivering innovative solutions that drive business transformation, leveraging emerging technologies and building scalable architectures.

Prior to joining Continuous, Dave held senior technology leadership positions where he consistently demonstrated his ability to align technological innovation with business objectives. His diverse experiences and expertise in cloud transformation and distributed systems have been instrumental in modernizing legacy applications and building resilient, cloud-native architectures that drive operational excellence.

Dave holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. Outside of driving technological innovation, he enjoys quality time with his family, exploring the strategic depths of modern board games, and staying active on the pickleball court—bringing the same enthusiasm for strategy and continuous improvement to both his professional and personal pursuits.

Kayte Eckels is the Vice President of Customer Success for Continuous. She leads the Customer Success team, focused on driving retention and growth across the customer base by helping every customer get measurable results from the day they come on board. She’s an internal advocate for customers at every stage of their journey.

Kayte believes the best customer relationships aren’t transactional; they’re true partnerships. She’s driven by a simple idea: when Continuous is genuinely invested in a customer’s success, both businesses move forward together. That means understanding where each customer is trying to go, removing friction along the way, and making sure the value they signed up for actually shows up in their day to day.

Before joining Continuous, she led customer-facing teams at high-growth startups, where she learned that strong teams and strong customer outcomes are built the same way—through trust, clarity, and a real commitment to helping people succeed. Away from work, that same energy goes toward her husband, their two young sons, and three dogs at home in New Hampshire.
